PAYMENTS

Following the signing of the tenancy agreement and prior to commencement of the tenancy, tenants will be required to pay one month s rent and a tenancy deposit equivalent to five weeks rent (where the annual rent is below £50,000).

Thereafter, rent will be payable monthly on the due date specified within the tenancy agreement.

During the tenancy, tenants will be responsible for all agreed household charges, including gas, electricity, water, council tax, television licence, telephone, broadband and any cable or satellite services.

Other permitted payments may be required where applicable, including payments in respect of late or unpaid rent, lost keys or security devices, agreed changes to the tenancy, or reasonable costs arising where a tenant requests to end the tenancy without giving the required notice, in accordance with the Tenant Fees Act 2019 and current legislation.

Tenancies are offered as assured periodic tenancies in accordance with the Renters Rights Act 2025.
